The Animal Fair fishes year round out of Noyo Harbor. Our primary fishery is king salmon in the summer months. We also fish for black cod (sablefish) and rockfish. All of our fishing practices are sustainable.
When we return from a trip with freshly caught fish, we send out email announcements to our community. These include reservation forms for the current sale. Most of our fish are reserved online before sale day by customers who have received our email notifications. An appointment is scheduled for each order placed.
