Meat Processing
If you are interested in selling meat and meat products to wholesale customers (restaurants, retailers, schools, hospitals, etc.) you need to use a USDA-inspected processing facility for both slaughter and cut and wrap. Poultry Processing: There are few places that will process poultry as a “fee-for-service”. Most poultry processors only process their own birds.
