Anchor Bay Farm was started in 2022. We focus on growing according to organic standards. in the process of CCOF certification. Heirloom varieties of fancy greens, lettuces, kales, as well as unique mixes such as tomatoes, squash, and cucumbers. Produce grown in raised beds and greenhouses in mineral-balanced soil to raise most nutrient dense food. Started by growing own food, now providing to local community.
What We Grow
Vegetables: lettuces, kale, unique mixes, microgreens, tomatoes, squash, cucumbers
Fruit: apples, pears, cherries, pluots, plums, apricots, nectarines, strawberries, blackberries
Herbs: cilantro, basil, Thai basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, strawberry mind
Diary: eggs
