We are a diversified family farm, specializing in Korean and other Asian fruits, vegetables, flowers, and herbs. As a first- generation Korean American farmer, John’s Korean roots influence every aspect of the farm. Our off-grid farm focuses on sustainable, biodynamic farming practices that support the beautiful natural ecosystem surrounding the farm.
What We Grow
Vegetables: kabocha squash, Napa cabbage, daikon, peppers, cucumbers, onion, lettuce, kale, chard, Korean mustard greens, Japanese popcorn, tomatoes
Fruits: apples, blackberries, huckleberries, figs, pears, persimmons, plums, pomegranates
Herbs: rosemary, lavender, Thai basil, tulsi (Holy) basil, Italian basil, oregano, sage, thyme, chives
Also: nasturtium and many other varieties of edible flowers; succulents and nursery stock from excess fruit, vegetable, flower, and herb starts; apple butter, blackberry jam, huckleberry jam, fig jam, plum jam, persimmon jam, pomegranate jelly, dried fruit
