Mulligan Gardens
Started in 2018, we are a 20 acre diversified family farm. We grow culinary and medicinal mushrooms, culinary herbs and spices, seasonal produce, and we raise chickens, goats, and pigs, while also providing chicken and duck eggs. We grow all our compost on-site, using mushroom substrate along with plant and animal waste.
What We Grow
Vegetables: a variety of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, garlic
Fruit: boysenberries, blueberries
Herbs: lemon basil, thai basil, genovese basil, cilantro, multiple varieties of parsley, 5 varieties of thyme, 5 varieties of rosemary, 4 varieties of sage, greek oregano, savory zatar, chives, chervil, tarragon, sweet marjoram, lavender, dill
Diary: Eggs
Nursery Stock and Plant Starts: nursery stock and plant starts, honey
Meat: goat, pork, and poultry
Other Products: mushrooms: lions mane, shiitake, chestnuts, oyster mushrooms, cordyceps, reishii, turkey tail; shelf stable products like dried herbs, spice blends, salt blends, dried mushrooms, mushroom jerky, dried fruit, and beewax
