J.E.T. Microgreens
Established in 2022, J.E.T. Microgreens is located on Pudding Creek in Fort Bragg, CA. We have an indoor microgreen room where we grow all of our microgreens. We harvest fresh before each market, and offer tastings at the markets.
We grow our greens in coco coir that allows us to compost the entire container and its contents to enrich the soil of our future garden.
What We Make
Vegetables: harvested and live microgreens: sunflower, sweet pea, broccoli, radish, amaranth, cilantro, oriental mustard; also a spicy salad mix, arugula; live trays (so customers can harvest fresh whenever they want the microgreens): Italian basil, red leaf holy basil, Genovese, and others; juice trays contain 3 microgreens; edible art bowls -- beautiful and delicious
